Accessing Collections

Our collections are available online, through onsite pick up, or campus or home delivery for University of Utah students, faculty, and staff. Patrons with Free or Expanded Permits can browse and check-out books while onsite.

Delivery Options

Circulating Library Items, including ILL can be delivered to your home or office at no charge to you.  Visit the Delivery Services page for more information and to register.

Interlibrary Loan

Document Delivery provides electronic access to journal articles and book chapters from the Marriott Library print collection. Delivery time will be approximately 24-48 hours.

Checked Out Materials

Books and other items have 120-day due dates. Check your email for specific due dates on the items you have checked out. Circulating collections will auto-renew if they are not requested or recalled for another patron. 

Some technology items, such as laptops and hotspots, are available for semeser length loans.

The exterior book drop is available while the library is closed at the west (level 1) entrance by the campus store.
