Directions to the Library
Several UTA buses and the TRAX light rail system travel from downtown to the University area. Call UTA at BUS-INFO for exact information and schedules, or see the UTA website for up to date schedules and routes.
From the airport
As you leave the airport, bear to the left, toward the I-215 connection. Take the North Temple exit, to the right. Continue east on North Temple to State (approx. 4 miles). Turn right (south), go one block to South Temple. Turn left (east), then continue on South Temple to 1300 East (approx 1.3 miles), and turn right (south). Turn left (east) on 400 South, continue past the stadium and turn left at the traffic light at 1500 East. The library is the large, square building on the right with a glass exterior; a visitor pay parking lot is another short left and right into the lot. Access to the building is at the northeast corner of this parking lot near the campus bookstore.

Day passes are available for $5 in the Stadium Lot and $1 in the Guardsman Way Lot.
A day pass can be purchased on the day of or bought in advance. It allows you to park on campus for one day in "A," "U," or "E" lots. The cost per day depends on where you wish to park. It is not valid at meters or in pay lots.
Day passes are available at Commuter Services or at pay lot booths. A day pass must display the date of the day it is being used in order to be valid. See the University of Utah map and click on Visitor Parking for more information.
