Keep in Mind

Please refer to instructions for prepping your files. 

Files submitted incorrectly will not be printed.
Maximum paper width is 24"
Maximum live area is 23.5" wide
Maximum length is 40 - 50"
Minimum sheet size is 8.5 x 11"
Roll paper is 24" wide, grain long (perpendicular to the roll) 

Notes on Paper

*students providing their own paper, should drop sheets off, trimmed to size, in the flat file drawer located across from the monitor station labeled "EPSON PRINT JOBS" a minimum of two days before the job is scheduled to run.

** We cannot guarantee the accuracy of double-sided print jobs. Allow a 1/8 - 1/4" margin for error in alignment of front to back.

*** double-sided printing is not available for roll paper.
